CALL FOR POSTERS

Bionano Symposium 2026 will include a poster hall with online poster viewing, offering the opportunity to share the latest scientific data with a global audience. There will be no live poster session. Posters will be available for viewing on the Symposium website during and after the event. Poster authors may choose to provide their email contact information if they wish to be contacted with questions or follow-up inquiries. 

 

POSTER CONTENT

Posters must highlight your work using Bionano solutions, including optical genome mapping (OGM), VIA software, and Ionic sample preparation. Suggested topics include Optical Genome Mapping for:

  • Hematological Malignancies
  • Solid Tumor 
  • Constitutional Applications 
  • Cell and Gene Therapy 

Only abstracts related to clinical and translational research will be accepted. Any submitted poster that does not meet the guidelines will not be considered for evaluation.

Posters should be submitted as a PDF file. Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text. This content is not peer-reviewed. Submission is free.

The deadline for electronic submission of all posters has been extended to Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. 

Poster Winners will be announced on Thursday, February 26, at the conclusion of Symposium 2026.

Poster Guidelines

  • Final posters should be submitted as a PDF
  • Standard size is 48 x 36, both landscape and portrait can be accommodated.
  • The max poster file size is 6MB.
  • Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text

POSTER COMPETITION

Submit a poster and you’ll automatically be considered for the poster competition! Daily winners will be selected by an expert panel based on originality, innovation, impact, and organization.

  • Winners will receive registration and travel support to a scientific conference of their choice valued up to $1,000 USD each

All prize recipients must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth by their institution, state, or national regulations. Each poster submitted will be automatically considered for the competition unless the authors opt-out.
